Where the condition cannot be confirmed because an area is obstructed or inaccessible, that limitation should also be noted.

8. Classify risks and agree immediate controls

Findings are assessed according to their likely effect on the safety and stability of the warehouse racking. The auditor will identify defects requiring immediate action, defects requiring prompt attention and lower-risk matters that should be monitored or corrected through planned maintenance.
